Drink something during your workout, and drink something before you go to bed, as well as all the other times you drink water during the day. Losing tummy fat will become even harder if you let yourself become dehydrated. Your body will think it is being starved for water, and start holding any liquid you put into it. This manifests as a bloated tummy which is certainly not what you want.
