Start in a push up position with the hands on the two dumbbells. Row one dumbbell up while using the other hand to stabilize the whole body. Bring back the raised hand back to original position. Repeat this with the other hand. Three sets of 8 repetitions each cycle should be enough. This is a great workout for the entire mid section and will help you to slim down your mid section. This is a bit of a tough exercise but stick with it as it can really pay off

Best Abs Workout #2: Front Squats

They are similar to back squats but tougher. The only difference is that you will be holding the barbell in front rather than the back. Cross your arms to hold the barbell and use your wrists to push the barbell onto your shoulder. The biggest advantage of doing front squats is your abs play a very important role in stabilizing the body and therefore get a great workout more than any other regular belly exercises.

Start with a push up position. Bring your right knee beneath your chest and back to the starting position. Now do this with the left leg. Shuffle your legs back and forth one at a time. The movements are similar to the way climbers would scale a mountain although this one is done horizontally on the floor. It is much tougher than what mountain climbers experience because the distance the knee is raised is greater. This exercise is one of the best abs workout because although the legs do the movement, it lets the abdominal muscles do the actual work.
